AJ Pearson & Associates is an IT Consulting firm headquartered in the Chicago, Illinois area. The firm was started by AJ Pearson (MBA, PMP) who spent nearly twenty-two years working for HSBC, the largest bank in Europe and Household International, which was acquired by HSBC.

AJ also has extensive experience in IT auditing, data center management, as well as creating and managing complex budgets. Over his career AJ has done extensive recruiting, hiring, coaching and managing of talented IT professionals. AJ has led multi-million dollar flagship projects which resulted in multi-million dollar reductions in business expense, while at the same time making it possible to increase the bottom-line through increased sales.
AJ has managed staff across the continental United States. AJ has many years of experience managing offshore consultants on complex develpment projects.
